Cookies ‘n Cream Frozen Cupcakes

- You will need :
- Oreos
- Cool Whip
- 4 Tbsp. butter
- Hudsonville Cookies ‘n Cream Ice Cream
- Step 1: Fill a cupcake pan with cupcake liners.
- Step 2: In a Ziploc bag, use a rolling pin to crumble one sleeve of Oreos.
- Step 3: Melt 4 Tsp. of butter and combine the melted butter with the crumbled Oreos. Mix well.
- Step 4: Fill the bottom of the cupcake liners with a layer or the Oreo and melted butter mixture. Pack the mixture into the bottom of the cupcake liners.
- Step 5: On top of the Oreo crumble add one scoop of Hudsonville Cookies ‘n Cream Ice Cream. Pack the ice cream into the cupcake liners.
- Step 6: Add a scoop of Cool Whip to the top of the ice cream layer.
- Step 7: Crumble a few more Oreo cookies and use to decorate on top of the Cool Whip. Place in freezer to harden. Remove from cupcake liners and serve.
