Gingerbread Ice Cream Sandwiches

You will need:
One package of gingerbread cookie dough
Hudsonville Sea Side Caramel ice cream
Step 1. Roll out gingerbread cookie dough.
Step 2. Cut out gingerbread men shaped cookies.
Step 3. Bake the cookies at 350 degrees for 7-10 minutes.
Step 4. Allow the cookies to cool completely.
Step 5. Spread a layer of softened Hudsonville Sea Side Caramel ice cream on top of a gingerbread man cookie, sandwich another gingerbread man cookie on top of the ice cream.
Step 6. Allow the ice cream sandwiches to set in the freezer for 3 hours.
