Pumpkin Ice Cream Bread

- What you will need:
- 1.75 quart container of Hudsonville Pumpkin Ice Cream
- 3 cups of self-rising flour
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Step 1: In a mixing bowl blend together softened ice cream and flour.
- Step 2: Thoroughly grease the inside of a bundt cake pan. Evenly distribute the mix of flour and ice cream in the pan.
- Step 3: Bake on 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a toothpick removes cleanly from the bread.
- Step 4: Allow cake to cool upside down and remove from pan. Slice and enjoy!
Optional- We layered the inside of our bundt cake pan with festive pumpkin sprinkles before pouring in the ice cream and flour mix. Idea found here. Enjoy!
