Valentine’s Cookie Sandwiches

For these simple cookie sandwiches simply bake your favorite sugar cookie recipe. Allow the cookies to cool completely. Once the cookies have cooled completely scoop your favorite flavor of Hudsonville ice cream on top of a cookie and sandwich another cookie on top of the ice cream. Roll the sides of the cookie sandwiches in red, white, and pink sprinkles. Allow the cookies to set in the freezer for three hours and they are ready to serve!
