Fusion Request

Thank you for your request regarding an ice cream donation for your organization from Hudsonville Ice Cream. We use this process to evaluate your request relative to other donation requests that we receive. While we would like to grant every request, we have only a limited amount of ice cream identified for donation. Sad, but true!

Based on your information, our email response will provide ice cream availability and pick-up instructions from the Holland Rescue Mission in our downtown area. If we are unable to fulfill your request, we will let you know as soon as possible.

Please make your request far enough in advance to allow us several weeks to determine ice cream availability. The earlier that the request is made will help us accommodate as many requests as possible.

Note: Typical contributions are 3 gallon tubs. Please consider freezer storage and serving accommodations for your event.

*Fusion is made when we change from making one flavor to the next. Each 3 gallon tub contains a different amount of each flavor. While the ice cream is similar, inclusion quantity will vary and no two tubs are the same.
