Terms and Conditions

By submitting your flavor idea: (1) you represent that the flavor idea is your idea alone and that you own and control all of the rights to it; (2) you irrevocably assign to Hudsonville Creamery and Ice Cream Company, LLC (the “Company”) and to the Michigan Economic Development Corporation (the "MEDC") all rights of whatever nature in and to the submission, including, without limitation, any trademark, copyright or other intellectual property rights; (3) you agree that the Company and/or MEDC may freely use, modify, distribute, and publicly display your submission for any purpose, including, but not limited to, use as an ice cream flavor to be widely marketed and sold commercially and for profit by the Company, without any compensation, fee, royalty, or other remuneration of any kind or nature paid to you and without any attribution whatsoever to you; and (4) you agree that the MEDC is the sole owner of the Pure Michigan® trademark and that your submission does not give you any right to use MEDC marks for any purpose.
